Installing the WSPER Button

1. Open the Package:

   • Inside the package, you'll find your WSPER panic buttons.
   • Each device comes with pre-installed batteries.
   • The back of each button is labeled with its installation location (e.g., "Reg. 1" for Register 1).

2. Install the Button:

   • Locate the provided Velcro squares in the shipping package.
   • Peel off the backing from both sides of a Velcro square.
   • Attach one side of the Velcro to the bottom of the button, ensuring not to cover the screw holes.

3. Activate the Button:

   • Press the button once after installation.
   • Upon the first button press, all users will receive an "Activation" SMS. This action transitions the device from "Shipping" mode to "Production" mode.
   • If the device is not ready for "Production" mode, contact support to switch the device to "Testing" mode.

Normal Operation of the WSPER Button

1. Press the Button:

   • Firmly press the WSPER button once to activate it.

2. Wait for Confirmation:

   • The button will flash green, indicating that the signal has been sent successfully.

3. Monitoring Center Response:

   • The monitoring center receives the alert, including your location and device details.
   • If integrated with Solink, the monitoring center will also receive the video feed.

4. Monitoring Center Actions:

   Direct Flow:

   • The monitoring center immediately dispatches local police and sends any available video feeds.
   • After dispatching the police, the monitoring center contacts device contacts via SMS and call to assess further needs.

   Standard Flow:

   • The monitoring center contacts device contacts via SMS and call to assess the situation.
   • Based on the assessment, they will contact the appropriate authorities—police, fire, medical—or cancel the alert if it’s determined to be a false alarm.
