Your Alerts, Your Way

We know every business is different. That's why you can now create custom notification templates for your devices. Instead of a generic alarm message, you decide exactly what your team sees when an alert fires.

Use simple placeholders like:

{{.DeviceName}}
{{.PropertyName}}
{{.Time}}

 to build messages that make sense for your operation. A retail SOC team might want:

WSPER ALERT | Panic Button | Downtown Store | Front Register | 05/02/2026 10:15 AM | 123 Main St

One template can cover all your devices, or you can set specific messages per sensor. Set it once and every alert follows your format.

Smarter Temperature & Humidity Alerts

No more alert fatigue. When a reading goes out of range, you'll get an immediate notification, then a reminder every 30 minutes while the issue persists — not every few seconds. And when things return to normal, you'll get a recovery message so you know the situation is resolved without having to check manually.

Improved Motion & Door Sensors

PIR motion sensors now behave the way you'd expect. If your sensor is mounted for motion detection only, you'll only get motion alerts — no more unnecessary door notifications. Door contact sensors continue to report both motion and door status.

Know Who Cancelled an Alarm

When someone on your team cancels an alarm, everyone associated with that device gets a notification with the person's name:

✅ WSPER: Alarm for Front Desk at Downtown Store has been cancelled by Sarah Johnson.

No more wondering who handled it or whether it was a false alarm. Your whole team stays in the loop automatically.

Better Distance Sensor Tracking

Our TOF distance sensors now provide clearer reporting with detailed fill-level tracking. Whether you're monitoring supply levels, waste bins, or inventory, you'll get accurate readings and alerts when your configured thresholds are crossed.
