How it works:


1. During an emergency, a panic button is pressed.

2. The dispatch agent receives an alert and video

footage from associated cameras**.

3. Depending on customer preference, the dispatch

agent contacts team members for verification first OR

immediately contacts emergency services, followed

by team members.

4. If team members provide a false alarm PIN via text or

phone, emergency dispatch is cancelled. If there is no

response, dispatch proceeds.

5. A panic button event is created in the Solink platform,

with associated camera footage accessible later.

   Key Installation Steps

 

  • Open the Shipping Package: Unbox the device and ensure all components are included.
  • Activate the Button: Press the panic button to test its functionality.
  • Test Alarm Notification: Verify that an SMS alert is sent to all designated users.
  • Mount or Carry: Mount the device using the provided Velcro or keep it easily accessible in your pocket.
  • Train Your Team: Ensure your staff understands how to activate the panic button during emergencies.
